Some news about RGS School Membership

A message from the RGS about the School membership offer.

We are delighted to announce that we have reduced the cost of our School Membership to just £50 per year in recognition of the budgetary constraints facing the school community.

School Membership offers high-impact resources, discounted professional development events, and student enrichment for less than £1 per week – to your entire school community.

There are also some exciting new benefits - coming this autumn

We would also like to let you know about upcoming additions to our School Membership package, which later this year will include:

  • Full digital access to a new publication by the editorial team behind ‘Geography Review’, including articles and case studies based on relevant research, alongside other useful guidance columns for students.
  • Access to digital copies of 'Geographical' magazine, including a substantial back catalogue.
  • Further discounts from a range of suppliers to support your geographical provision with new offers from Field Studies Council and Geopacks.

The new publication from the 'Geography Review' team is great news, as this is much missed by those who subscribed to it.

These new benefits will be available in addition to our current benefits:

Access to our existing School Member resources bank.

  • Termly School Member lectures, with accompanying classroom resources, and in-person and online access to our iconic Monday night lectures.
  • A 25% discount on CPD and events, study days, lectures and debates.
  • Discounted subscription of up to 50% on Geographical magazine in print.
  • A 10% discount at Geopacks, where you can find fieldwork equipment, classroom resources and more.
  • Up to 20% discount with Philip’s Atlases.
  • Up to 10% discount at Stanfords.
  • Save £100 on your application for any teachers in your school to become a Chartered Geographer (Teacher).
